What kind of payment do you take?
Cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed in person or by phone and can be placed by email or social media but require confirmation before pickup.
Do you deliver?
We do not offer delivery. Orders can be shipped via UPS. Standard rates and times apply. Please take production time and temperature into consideration, as chocolate is temperature sensitive.
Can I pick up my order at either location?
You can place an order at either location and pick it up at the other. Please let us know which location you’d prefer at the time of ordering.
Do you make all of your candy in-house?
Many of the products you see in our shops are made at our Berwyn location. We also carry a selection of candies from other suppliers.
How are your other candies sold?
Most of our candy is sold by the pound. Some items are sold individually or by package.
How do you sell your chocolate-covered strawberries?
They are sold by the pound. A pound typically includes 12–15 strawberries. Standard box sizes include ½ lb, 1 lb, and 2 lb.
Do I have to refrigerate chocolate-covered strawberries?
We recommend keeping them at room temperature and enjoying them within 24 hours, as they are a fresh fruit. Refrigeration is optional if you prefer them colder. Store away from sunlight and strong odors.
Do you offer chocolate-covered strawberries in flavors other than milk chocolate?
Yes. Dark, white, and sugar-free chocolate options are available with advance notice. Please call approximately one hour before placing your order.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Custom orders are available for select items. Please contact us to discuss details.
How far in advance do I need to place an order for party favors?
Please allow about one week’s notice for most party favor items.
Do you offer a discount if I order a certain quantity?
Party favors are handmade and typically not discounted. Churches, schools, and businesses may receive discounts with proper documentation.
Do you offer sugar-free or allergy-friendly options?
We do offer sugar-free items. If you have allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss available options.
What happens when I sign up for the eSavings Club?
When you sign up, you’ll receive emails whenever we send out a coupon or promotion.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store.
